Henry the Sports Bug operates as a tax-exempt nonprofit under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Proceeds from product sales support our mission of helping children become active, healthy, and confident. Please note that purchases of products from our store are not considered charitable donations and are generally not tax-deductible.
